This is a trip to the high-mountainous Altai regions, to those places that fully reflect the beauty and diversity of the mountain world. Shavlinskie Lakes are ones of the most picturesque lakes in Altai. Centuries-old cedars rise to the smooth water surface, which creates an unforgettable fairytale contrast to the bright blue water color. You will discover the pristine beauty of high-altitude lakes, mountain tops and snowy peaks, the names of which speak for themselves – Mechta (Dream), Krasavitsa (Belle) and Skazka (Fairytale).
Tour Features:
The tour is well suited for both experienced and beginner tourists. Daily trekking (about 16 km) at a leisurely pace assumes a good physical shape. Tourists are expected to show endurance, readiness to neglect usual comfort and help in organizing a camping site. The program may change due to the weather and other unfavorable conditions. The decision to change the route is made by the guide.

b) health restrictions – persons in need of permanent medical supervision are not recommended to travel on the tourist routes.

| 2nd day | Breakfast. The beginning of the active part of the tour. It is possible to take pack horses for accompanying. Trekking to the Mazhoi Cascade on the Chuya River. We move along the Oroysky suspension bridge to the left bank of the Chuya River and further to the headwaters of the Oroy River. Accommodation in tents surrounded by larch forest. | On foot | 15 km |

| 4th day | Trekking to the Lower Shavlinskoe Lake. There is a beautiful scene visible on the way to the lake: the turquoise smooth surface of the Shavlinskoe Lake appears surrounded by the high snowy peaks – Mechta, Skazka and Belle. | 8th day | We return along the Chuysky Tract to Barnaul. There is a stop at the Arzhan-Suu Spring on the way back. The water in the spring is saturated with silver, copper and other mineral impurities therefore it is stored for a long time and, most importantly, has a beneficial effect on the improvement of metabolic processes in the body. Утренняя встреча туристов (7.00 – в аэропорту, возле зала прилета, 8.00 – на ж/д вокзале, под информационным табло. Для приезжающих на сутки ранее начала тура, сбор: в 08.10 в офисе турфирмы «Плот-Интрэвел» по адресу ул. Анатолия, 94. Краткое обсуждение маршрута. Ненужный в горах багаж можно оставить на хранение. Переезд по Чуйскому тракту через перевалы Семинский и Чике-Таман до т/к «Кочевник». Ночуем в палатках на берегу р. Чуя. Есть возможность посещения бани*.
Завтрак. Начало активной части тура. Есть возможность взять вьючных лошадей в сопровождение. Переход до Мажойского каскада на реке Чуя, проходим по подвесному «Оройскому» мосту на левый берег Чуи и далее к верховьям реки Орой. Размещение в окружении лиственничного леса в палатках.
Переход на перевал Орой (2045 м), далее по плато Ештык-Кель, в пути преодолеваем несколько бродов (по камням). Ночевка на левом берегу р. Шабага.
Переход до Нижнего Шавлинского озера. На подходе к озеру взору открывается прекрасное зрелище: в окружении высоких снежных пиков Мечты, Сказки и Красавицы предстает бирюзовая гладь Шавлинского озера. В ясную безветренную погоду они полностью отражаются в огромном зеркале озера. Разбиваем палаточный лагерь на берегу.
Дневка. Радиальный выход на Верхне-Шавлинское озеро и ледник. Возможно посещение бани*.
Переход вдоль рек Шавла и Шабага на перевал Орой.
Спуск с перевала Орой, переход до т/к «Кочевник». Размещение в палатках на территории базы. Прощальный ужин. Возможно посещение бани*.
Возвращаемся по Чуйскому тракту в Барнаул. По пути остановка на роднике «Аржан-Суу». Вода в роднике насыщена серебром, медью и другими минеральными примесями, в связи, с чем долго хранится и, главное, благотворно влияет на улучшение обменных процессов в организме. Рядом с источником находится крупный базар с сувенирами, где можно приобрести карты, книги, предметы искусства, изделия из кедра. Прибытие около 19-20 часов вечера. Размещение в гостинице.*
